 Policy Statement

 It is the policy of Hi-Vis Labour Hire to produce the best possible outcomes and high standards in its provision of labour hire, employment and group training services.  The aim of the code is intended to produce the following outcomes:

Hi-Vis Labour Hire has a documented Grievance and Complaints Handling procedure that ensures:

In the event of a grievance or complaint all parties are to make themselves aware of the Grievance and Complaints Handling procedure.

This Code of Practice covers the provision of service to and dealings with:

Apprentices, trainees, casuals and permanent employees

Organisational Undertaking Statement

Hi-Vis Labour Hire agrees to provide quality group training services and will operate in accordance with the Operational Requirements of the Tasmanian Training Agreement Committee(TTAC)

Hi-Vis Labour Hire will provide TTAC with identified operational data on a monthly basis as per the OPCET template

Hi-Vis Labour Hire will provide TTAC with identified operational data on an annual basis, due July each year and as-requested

Hi-Vis Labour Hire agrees to participate in external monitoring and audit processes as required by TTAC including triennial compliance and strategic audits

Hi-Vis Labour Hire agrees to clear any identified corrective actions relating to non-compliance, arising from compliance and/or strategic audits, within an agreed timeframe (not exceeding 6 months) and will manage opportunities for improvement via a continuous improvement plan.
